Shipping policy

Every order is custom-printed and hand-pressed, so please allow a little extra time compared to off-the-shelf products.

 

Processing time

Orders are made to order and processed in 3-5 business days before they ship. During high-volume periods (holidays, wedding season) processing may run slightly longer — we'll let you know if that happens.

 

Shipping rates and delivery

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage from Hastings, MN. Orders of $25 or more ship free. Orders under $25 (the 5-pack) ship for a flat $4.99. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location.

 

Order tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our hands.

 

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Reach out to andrew@noluckleads.com if you're outside the US and want a custom quote.

 

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, email andrew@noluckleads.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund.

 

Local pickup / live events

If you booked us for a wedding or event through our booking calendar, magnets are pressed live on-site and shipping doesn't apply.
